September 10 I left for a family/birthday vacation. My ex spouse and son stayed home. September 12th She randomly notified me she moved out the house, left the key outside with the dog and didn't respond for about 10-12 hours to let me know of the whereabouts of my son. We had our own living arrangement/agreement with no courts involved. We lived liked roommates she slept in one room and I was sleeping in the other. I've always been heavily involved in my sons life he always had what he needed. She did not give me a 45-60 day notice in advance of her planning to move back to Wyoming with our son while I was gone. It had taken me this long to submit this only because I was trying to gather more information from local attorneys and family with similar situations. I know if had done this to her she would of had the missing child's team on me along with cops. I should of been given the 30 days to petition the relocation of our son. Although the law may not see it as parental kidnapping. The perspective of a father should be recognized. When he expects to come home to his son with hugs and kisses yet walks into an empty house and all his stuff gone. How can she not be punished for something like this?
