This camper, black truck, and a yellow taxi have been parked on the side of Jefferson since at least Monday night, camping out The trailer generator is always on, causing a noise disturbance As you can see the black truck is not even parked legally Camper is leaking fluids so they have put makeshift cardboard down on the street Total Eyesore!
