Has been parked since at least 4/7/25, over 1 week 3 vehicles illegally set up camp here including an older model RV, a taxi and a black truck. Black truck and taxi come and go and usually park illegally- sometimes truck is very far from the curb sticking out into the road They are causing a hazard as Jefferson is always very busy due to the Walmart back entrance traffic and El Sur restaurant across the street, where patrons and staff are always parked up and down Jefferson. t Odd behaviors from people camping out her They will be on the roof of RV camper 1 minute and sitting outside of it the next e.. Lots of trash debris around all 3 vehicles RV also leaking oil so they've put down cardboard which then gets carried down the road with wind This is a nuisance Please address ASAP Other neighbors unhappy as well Thanks
